Welcome to the Platform. Before accessing or using the Platform, please read these Terms of Use carefully. By selecting "I Agree" or by accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.

1. Authorized Use
   You represent that:
   • you are at least 18 years of age;
   • you are authorized to access the Platform on behalf of your organization, or have obtained the necessary permission from your employer;

2. Account Security
   You are responsible for:
   • maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password;
   • all activities conducted using your account;
   • immediately notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.
   You may not share your login credentials with another person.

   
   

3. Acceptable Use
   You agree that you will not:
   • use the Platform for any unlawful purpose;
   • attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data;
   • interfere with the operation or security of the Platform;
   • upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code;
   • impersonate another person or organization;
   • submit false or misleading information;
   • misuse confidential business information obtained through the Platform.

   The Platform may contain confidential business information. You agree to:
   • use such information only for legitimate business purposes;
   • keep confidential information secure;

5. Data Accuracy
   You are responsible for ensuring that information you enter into the Platform is accurate and kept reasonably up to date.


6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, content, trademarks, logos, and documentation, remains the property of the Company or its licensors.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights.

7. Monitoring and Security
   To protect users and maintain the integrity of the Platform, we may monitor system activity, investigate suspicious behavior, and suspend access where necessary.

   
   

8. Suspension or Termination
   We may suspend or terminate your access if:
   • these Terms are violated;
   • your account poses a security risk;
   • your organization requests removal of your access;
   • continued access could adversely affect the Platform or other users.

   
   

9. No Warranty
   The Platform is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis except as otherwise provided in any applicable agreement between your organization and the Company.

   
   

10. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform.
    Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

    
    

11. Relationship to Your Organization's Agreement
    If your organization has entered into a Master Services Agreement or other written agreement with the Company, that agreement governs the services provided to your organization. These Terms apply to your individual use of the Platform and supplement, but do not replace, that agreement.

    
    

12. Changes
    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
